This Sound Devices Forum site is intended primarily for the exchange of ideas amongst end users and with Sound Devices staff. The forums are not intended as a substitute for direct contact with Sound Devices Technical Support or as a bug reporting system. To quickly report any problems/bugs, PLEASE use www.sounddevices.com/contact/ as your initial bug reporting contact with Sound Devices. Sound Devices can then collect the relevant information needed to identify problems and pursue a solution.
